Built Possible is a platform designed to spark connection, deepen reflection, and expand how women — especially Black women — see what’s possible for themselves and for each other.
Created by Anne Sempowski Ward and Taydra Mitchell Jackson, two powerhouse Black women executives, who have been on their sisterhood journey since the very beginning of their careers, Built Possible holds space for unfiltered, unhurried dialogue where stories are honored, experiences are validated, and reflection leads to new perspective.
